These terms govern your use of the TechnoJam app. By using the app you agree to them.
The app
TechnoJam is an electronic music sequencer for kids. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices.
Free trial and purchase
TechnoJam is free to use for 7 days. After the trial, a single one-time purchase unlocks the app permanently on your account. There is no subscription. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
Acceptable use
TechnoJam is intended for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TechnoJam is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page.
